Don't vote for the enablers

We aren't too far off from the elections now and most of the morons who are running for office seem to think that it is in their interest to support a mortgage bailout to help out people who made a stupid financial decision in the past few years by taking out a mortgage on a house they couldn't afford.


Well I don't think I'm alone, and in fact I think this is a rare case when I'm in the majority out there, when I say that you don't have a chance in hell of getting my vote when you spend my money to bail out others' gambling problems plus extend the time I have to wait before the prices of homes returns to normality. Hilary, Barack, Rudy, John let me give you a word of advice, the one of you who separates from the pack and speaks out against the bailout is the one who stands a chance of winning the election.

Meet muhhamed the frog

For many years in my classroom I have had a wooden frog that I use to get the student's attention. It makes a croak sound when you roll a wooden stick across it's back. A similar one is pictured here:


It has never had a name until this week. Just on the spur of the moment I have decided to call it muhhamed! What a sweet name for my wooden frog, it really is a good match, I don't know why I neglected to recognize this sweet little frog's true name all this time.
