Mabuhay Mr. Kurly! It's been awhile since I last commented on your blog. Anyway, nice pics you have there. Sadly, you came here to the Philippines at an inopportune time. The monsoon season has started and the torrential rains have been going on and off for over a week now.

As for the flag, if the blue side is on top, it means the country is at peace; while having it red on top means it's at war. Or so I've been told back in school.

Makati is an upscale part of Metro Manila. It's also where we whisk off foreigners as the rest of the city is crowded, polluted, and generally unsafe for tourists (not to mention for locals too).
